Monaco’s Mareterra district, an innovative offshore extension project near Portier, is approaching its completion with the grand opening slated for the end of November. This new district will feature a variety of attractions, including Marlow, the largest restaurant in the area, which will be centrally located in the main square. The Société des Bains de Mer, which is overseeing this ambitious development, aims to enhance the district's appeal with this significant addition.
Marlow aims to introduce a sophisticated yet casual English ambiance to Monaco. Stéphane Valeri, Deputy President of SBM, emphasized that the restaurant will provide an authentic English dining experience, accommodating guests from early morning breakfasts to late-night dining options. This establishment is set to become a notable destination for both local residents and international visitors, offering a unique culinary experience in the heart of Monaco.
The Mareterra project itself is a significant expansion of Monaco’s territory into the Mediterranean, integrating residential units, lush gardens, and public recreational spaces. Positioned as a focal point within this newly crafted neighborhood, Marlow will not only serve as a dining venue but also as a social hub in Monaco’s latest architectural endeavor, enriching the community and enhancing the lifestyle offerings in the principality.
