Mayor Marsan Hosts New Interior Minister Lionel Beffre at Monaco Town Hall

Monaco’s Mayor Georges Marsan recently hosted a significant meeting at the Town Hall with Lionel Beffre, the new Government Advisor-Minister of the Interior. This visit served as an introductory tour for Beffre, allowing him to acquaint himself with the workings and key sectors of the Municipal Institution, accompanied by deputies Camille Svara and Chloé Boscagli Leclercq.

During his tour, Beffre was shown several pivotal areas within the Town Hall. He visited the Wedding Room, an emblematic site that reflects Monaco’s deep-seated civic traditions. Additionally, he explored the Civil Status – Nationality department, which is essential for managing citizenship and associated administrative duties.

The tour also included a visit to the recently refurbished Council Room, where significant decisions regarding Monaco’s future are deliberated. This visit underscores the ongoing collaboration and communication between different branches of Monaco’s government, essential for the principality’s administration and future development.
