On Monday, Frédéric Fautrier, head of the Monegasque Agency for Digital Security (AMSN), bestowed the Information Systems Security Audit Provider (PASSI) qualification on KPMG Monaco. During the ceremony, Sabina Debussy, Partner – Advisory, and Clément Maillioux, Director – IT Advisory in Cybersecurity and Data Protection, accepted the certificate. The PASSI qualification, mandated by a 2017 ministerial decree, is crucial for ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of information system audits across Monaco’s state and vital operators.
This certification marks a significant milestone in Monaco's ongoing efforts to fortify its cybersecurity framework. It underscores the rigorous standards required to uphold the security and reliability of critical digital infrastructures, aligning with the National Digital Security Strategy initiated in 2016. The strategy is part of Monaco's commitment to maintaining robust digital defenses, evaluated by entities certified by the French National Cybersecurity Agency (ANSSI).
KPMG Monaco, with over half a century’s experience in the Principality and a leader in tailored advisory, accounting, and auditing services, has now become the third local entity to earn this prestigious status. This achievement not only enhances KPMG Monaco’s standing as a top-tier provider of cybersecurity solutions but also strengthens the overall digital resilience of Monaco’s corporate and governmental sectors.
