In this capacity, Guillaume will collaborate with key officials to steer policy direction in the Principality, marking a significant step in his leadership.

The council comprises seasoned professionals including Céline Caron-Dagioni, who will handle Equipment, Environment, and Urban Planning, focusing on sustainable development. Isabelle Berro-Amadeï is entrusted with External Relations and Cooperation, leveraging her experience as a former judge at the European Court of Human Rights to enhance Monaco's global diplomatic engagements. Lionel Beffre will oversee the Interior Ministry, ensuring internal security and public order, while Christophe Robino, with his medical background, heads the Social Affairs and Health Ministry, tasked with public health and social welfare. Moreover, economist Pierre-Andre Chiappori takes charge of Finance and Economy, aiming to fortify Monaco’s fiscal policies and economic framework.

The agenda for Guillaume’s first meeting with his council is poised to address pivotal issues such as environmental sustainability, healthcare system enhancements, economic resilience, and international diplomacy. This meeting will be instrumental in setting the administrative and policy precedents for his term, shaping the future of Monaco’s governance and strategic positioning.
